Perry has also apologized to Dave and his bandmates through his Instagram story. The singer said that the weekend had been incredibly difficult and his breaking point resulted in inexcusable behaviour.

Meanwhile, Etty wrote a detailed explanation of what was going on the stage on her Instagram post.
She said that Perry was upset about the band’s sound levels drowning out his vocals. It eventually led to the on-stage altercation.
While she complimented how coolly Dave handled the situation, she also pointed bassist Eric Avery for “cheap shots.”

Eric allegedly put Perry into a headlock and punched him three times.
According to Etty, her husband was “a crazed beast” for a good half-hour and eventually broke down and cried.
Later, when the video of their onstage dispute surfaced on the Internet, some fans said that the tension had been brewing for several songs before Perry threw a punch.
The Internet has been divided by fans who are pissed off because the show ended and the tour got canceled and fans who are concerned about the bandmates.
Perry was forced offstage by the crew and the rest of the band members were seen again on the stage to give the crowd a farewell.
