The French defender Jules Kounde has come a long way from being a problematic child to one of La Liga’s best young defenders.

At one point, his mom got tired of his behavior and visited a doctor for advice. She was then asked to do the same thing i.e. if he kicks her, she kicks him back, and that will calm him down.
This continued for some time but everything went back to normal later.
Now, Kounde is regretful of his behavior towards his mom and is often seen expressing his love and gratitude towards her through his interviews.
Kounde has also revealed that he went to school only because he didn’t want to disappoint his mother. Kounde might have had an ugly head at school but he was a good student.
His mom is now his financial advisor. She was surprised to see her son’s first paycheck from football and exclaimed that it was too much.
Kounde’s mom used to be at his almost every match but she had not much knowledge of football.
But a year and a half after Kounde began his professional career, his mom started following football professionally.
