George Sear Father
While Sear’s mom has made a name for herself as a star baker, his father has made a place in the technological field.
His father’s name is Simon Sear. According to Simon’s X bio, he has been ‘helping people to come up with new ideas for growth using technology, data and creativity.’
Simon currently works as the Chief Digital Officer for Ascent. He has also been a Non-Executive Director of the Transformation Advisory Committee at the Department for Work and Pensions since September 2021.
He previously worked at Studio44.i.o from April 2020 to April 2023 as an Innovation & Transformation Leader.
Simon was the founder of SPARCK at BJSS from March 2016 to June 2018. He was then Board Director of the company from July 2018 to March 2020.
Simon joined BJSS in January 2013 as a Head of Digital. Delving into Simon’s professional career, he has worked at Duke Energy Corporation, bp, and Project 44 Limited in the past.

George Sear Siblings
Sear’s parents have been married for 27 years, as of 2024. They are parents of three children- George Sear and his two sisters.
Sear was raised with two sisters named Ruby Sear and Lydia Sear.
Lydia is a portrait artist with a background in studying Fine Art and the History of Art.
